“Waiting for the results was really scary.”
I started playing music in fifth grade and it has changed my life really dramatically. When I perform it fills my body with joy and makes me really happy. I play trombone. It is amazing where music can take you.
I played in Carnegie Hall. It was beautiful snd such an honor to play there. My best friend and I auditioned. Waiting for the results was really scary. We were freshmen and we thought we would never make it in but we did. Even if I didn’t get in it would have made me work harder. It would make me want to pursue it even more.
